General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products presented on the website https://www.natizia.ch. Consequently, by placing an order on the website https://www.natizia.ch, any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer," confirms having read these terms and conditions and accepts them. The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. If errors have been introduced, Natizia shall not be held liable. Natizia reserves the right to modify these terms without notice.

2. Price

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, VAT included.

They are only valid on the date the order is placed. Prices are subject to change without notice. The displayed price does not include shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer up to a purchase amount of CHF 89.99.

No order will be shipped until we have received confirmation of payment for the full amount of the order (price of the item plus shipping costs).

3. Availability

Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply lead times on the part of our own suppliers, provided that this unavailability is not attributable to Natizia. In the event of a product being unavailable, we will inform you promptly of the supply lead time.

4. Payment methods

Credit card: Twint, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Payments are secure and encrypted (SSL).

5. Delivery and transport

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when ordering. Upon receipt of payment, they are prepared and shipped by Natizia on working days as soon as possible. Two delivery methods are offered:

Economy delivery – Swiss Post

Economy shipments are sent via Swiss Post as PostPac Economy parcels. The delivery time is generally 3 to 5 working days after shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the parcel:

Economy delivery is free for orders over CHF 90.00. The express delivery option remains charged according to the current rate, even for orders of CHF 90.00 and more.

Express delivery – Planzer

For faster delivery, the customer can choose the Express option, provided by Planzer. The delivery time is generally 1 to 2 working days after shipment.

Express shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the parcel:

PLEASE NOTE: Natizia does not deliver to PO boxes.

In the event of a parcel being returned due to failure to collect it within the allotted time, or due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at the time of ordering, the parcel may be:

Resent to the customer for a flat fee of CHF 15.00
or sent with a new order, subject to applicable shipping costs.

COLLECTION AT THE LAB-BOUTIQUE: It is also possible to collect your order for free directly from Natizia. When the order is ready, the customer receives an email notification containing a link allowing them to directly choose an appointment to collect their order.

Upon collection, an identity document and the order confirmation may be requested.

In case of a missed appointment, the customer can book a new appointment via the link received in their notification. Failure to collect within 14 calendar days from the initially scheduled and missed appointment will result in the automatic cancellation of the order. The amount of the products ordered will then be refunded using the same payment method as the one used for the order, minus any costs incurred by Natizia in connection with the cancellation or processing of the order.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

6.1 Returns or exchanges

Any return or exchange request must be made by email to hello@natizia.ch within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, indicating the relevant order number.

After acceptance of the request, Natizia will send the customer a return label to return the parcel. Return costs are borne by the customer and amount to CHF 9.00, which will be deducted from the refund.

To be accepted, the product must be intact, unused, and complete, in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

6.2 Refund

After receipt and verification of the return, the amount of the returned items is refunded via the same payment method used for the order, after deduction of the CHF 9.– return fee.

In the event of an error by Natizia

If the return or exchange is due to an error by Natizia (item sent by mistake, defective item, etc.), the return costs are covered by Natizia. In the event of an exchange, the shipping costs for the new item are also waived.

Any product return must be subject to a formal agreement between the customer and Natizia. In the absence of this agreement, we will not be held to any credit or refund to the customer. No returns will be accepted after a period of 14 days following the receipt of your parcel. Any product must be returned intact and complete in its original packaging accompanied by the delivery slip.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund is made in the form of a voucher for the value of the item at the time it was purchased.

In the case of an exchange order due to an error on our part, the shipping costs for your new order are offered to you.

7. Legal guarantees

Check the condition of the delivered goods within 48 hours to exclude manifest material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to report any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods to allow us to remedy them.

8. Applicable law and legal venue

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of Yverdon-les-Bains.
