Rosemary belongs to the Lamiaceae family. Rosemary hydrosol is obtained from the whole plant by steam distillation. Rosemary is a bushy, evergreen shrub that can reach 1 meter in height and is widely cultivated in gardens. It grows in the calcareous soils of the Mediterranean basin. The hydrosol is rich in active substances and has a low essential oil content.

It purifies and regulates blemished, oily, and acne-prone skin. It can also be used as an ingredient in homemade cosmetic formulas.

• In practice :
Spray the rosemary hydrosol all over your face on clean skin. It can also be used by applying it to a cotton pad to complete your makeup removal/cleansing routine and remove any remaining residue from the skin.

To avoid a drying effect, do not allow the hydrosol to dry on the skin. Apply your cream or oil immediately to damp skin; this will also improve the absorption of the active ingredients in your product. If using the hydrosol is the last step in your skincare routine, remove any excess product with an absorbent cloth.
