TERMS OF USE

 1. Purpose

These “Terms and Conditions of Use” provide a legal framework for the use of the Natizia website (https://www.natizia.ch) and its services.

 

This contract is concluded between:

The manager of the website (hereinafter referred to as “the Publisher”) and any natural or legal person wishing to access the site and its services (hereinafter referred to as “the User”).

All users must accept the general terms and conditions of use, and accessing the site constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

 

 2. Legal notices

The website www.natizia.ch is published by Tiziana Damiani, residing at Route de la Robellaz 12, 1358 Valeyres-sous-Rances, Switzerland.

 

 3. Access to services

Users of the website www.natizia.ch have access to the following services:

- Online store

- Appointment booking via the booking tool link.

Any user with internet access can access the site free of charge from anywhere. Users are responsible for any costs incurred to access the site (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.).

The following services are only available to users who are members of the site (i.e. who have logged in using their login details):

- Order history

- Account details

- Wish list

- Payment information

The site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, particularly for maintenance purposes, with no obligation to provide prior notice.

The user is responsible for any risks associated with using their login ID and password.

The user's password must remain confidential. If the password is disclosed, the Publisher declines all responsibility.

The user assumes full responsibility for their use of the information and content on the Natizia website.

Any use of the service by the user that directly or indirectly results in damage shall be subject to compensation.

Users undertake to make comments that respect others and the law, and accept that the Publisher may moderate or refuse these publications without justification.

However, the publisher undertakes to cite the user in the event of use of their publication.

 5. Publisher's liability

The Publisher cannot be held liable for any server or network malfunction. Similarly, the Publisher cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable actions by a third party.

The website https://www.natizia.ch will implement all the necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data. However, total security cannot be guaranteed.

The publisher reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of sources, although the information published on the website is considered reliable.

 

 6. Intellectual Property

The content of the natizia.ch website (logos, text, graphics, videos, etc.) is protected by copyright under intellectual property law. The natizia.ch website reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of use at any time and without justification.

 

 10. Term of the contract

The term of this contract is indefinite. It takes effect with regard to the user from the start of use of the service.​

 

 11. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply and any disputes shall be settled by the District Court of Yverdon-les-Bains.
