TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the sale of products presented on the website https://www.natizia.ch. By placing an order on this website, any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Customer’) confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. Natizia shall not be held liable for any errors therein. Natizia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
2. Prices
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, excluding VAT.
They are valid only on the date the order is placed. Prices are subject to change without notice. The displayed price does not include delivery costs, which are payable by the customer for orders totalling less than CHF 90.
No order will be dispatched until we have received confirmation of payment for the full amount of the order (i.e. the price of the item plus delivery costs).
3. Availability
We cannot guarantee delivery if our own suppliers fail to meet their supply deadlines, unless this failure is attributable to Natizia. If a product is unavailable, we will promptly inform you of the delay to the supply.
4. Payment methods
Credit card: Twin, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners Club.
All payments are secure and encrypted (SSL).
5. Delivery and transport
Items in stock are shipped by post within approximately eight days. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. All our items and products are delivered in Switzerland only by Swiss Post in PostPac Economy parcels. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel. Shipping costs for deliveries in Switzerland are free for orders over CHF 90.

Please note that Natizia does not deliver parcels to PO boxes.
If a parcel is returned because it was not collected from the post office within the specified timeframe or the address provided when placing the order was incomplete or incorrect, it may:
- returned to the recipient for a flat fee of CHF 15.
- The goods may be returned with a new order for a standard return delivery fee.
COLLECTION: You can collect your order directly from our address. In this case, the customer will not be charged for delivery. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Natizia will contact the customer by email.
6. Returns or exchanges of goods
Any returns of products must be formally agreed by Natizia and the customer. Without such an agreement, we will not issue any credit notes or refunds to customers. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel. All products must be returned intact, complete and in their original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Refunds will be issued as a voucher for the value of the item at the time of purchase.
If you place an exchange order due to an error on our part, we will waive the shipping costs for your new order.
7. Legal guarantees
Please check the condition of the delivered goods within 48 hours to exclude any obvious material or manufacturing defects, as well as any transport damage. In accordance with the law, you must report any defects or anomalies affecting the delivered goods to us so that we can remedy them.
8. Applicable law and legal jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, and any dispute will be dealt with by the District Court of Yverdon-les-Bains.
